Attention Administrative Law Section members! The section is hosting a FREE CLE at the Office of Insurance Regulation in Tallahassee, FL from 2:00 to 5:00pm. The CLE event is free to all members of the Administrative Law Section of the Florida Bar. Topics will include OIR Rulemaking and Rate Filings, Reciprocal Insurers, SERCS, and Litigation Reform.
