Join the Administrative Law Section for another installment of the CLE Open House Series!

The Department of Transportation will present a program on the federal and state regulatory framework for developing electric vehicle (EV) charging station infrastructure and presents FDOT’s EV Infrastructure Deployment Plan. Administrative Law Judges will hold multiple panel discussions on topics including recent developments in rule challenges, judicial deference, DOAH’s mediation program, practice before DOAH, and conflicts with opposing counsel.

The event will be located at the Florida Department of Transportation Haydon Burns Auditorium at 605 Suwannee Street in Tallahassee, FL.
